Where is my order?
Orders are usually processed within 5 working days. If you have a more urgent request, please get in touch with our team at [email protected] and our team will do the best to accommodate this for you.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is £150 (excluding VAT, duties and delivery).
How can I cancel my order?
Orders must be cancelled in writing within 5 working days of receipt of wines and the wines must be returned in the same saleable condition as they were sold, subject to our returns policy. Collection and redelivery fees may apply.
If I want a particular wine that I cannot find on your website, can you source them?
Of course, our team of experts will do their best to find your favourite wine for you. Simply write to us at [email protected].
What does "In Bond" (IB) mean?
Items marked IB are stored in a UK bonded warehouse, meaning UK duty and VAT haven't been paid yet. You have two choices at checkout:

Deliver them: We will add the current duty and VAT to your order to release the stock.

Keep them In Bond: No duty or VAT is charged, but you must transfer them to a bonded storage account. If you don't have one, check out Hweb Wine Storage Cellar at https://shop.hweb.wine/en/storage.
