The NV Blanc de Noirs Les Maillons, 100% Pinot Noir is another very approachable wine in this range. Ripe red Pinot fruit, spice, dried flowers and ginger give the Maillons gorgeous inner sweetness and an exotic quality that is hard to fully describe. In 2018 the Maillons is very easy to appreciate young, although it will surely enjoy quite a bit of positive evolution in bottle.
